Our box office is cashless! You may purchase tickets using Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

Upon purchasing your tickets, you'll receive an email from "Opendate" (sender email address is "hello@mail.opendate.io") with the subject line "Your Tickets for [Concert Name] at Harken Hall" - the tickets will be attached as a PDF.

Our box office is open for in-person assistance beginning 60 minutes before the start of a show through 45 minutes after the show starts.
Please note - when picking up or purchasing your tickets in person, a valid matching photo I.D. is required.
All sales are final. In the event that something has come up preventing you from attending the show, we encourage you to find friends or family that can use your tickets.
Refunds are only offered in the event the performance is cancelled entirely.

Opendate is the official ticketing provider of Harken Hall. The venue is unable to verify or guarantee the authenticity of tickets not purchased through harkenhall.com or Opendate. For this reason, and because we are unable to provide any information regarding ticket purchases to a party other than the cardholder on the order, we do not recommend purchasing tickets from third-party resellers.

We do! Our premium seats are located on our elevated Loft level. Premium seating options include Suites and Loveseats. More information can be found here.

Yes, we have limited ADA seating on a first come, first served basis available in all areas of the hall. Some inventory may be held back for night of show assistance - if you have regular seats but require ADA accommodations, come to the box office when you arrive for the show and we will do our best to assist you.
