A classically trained cellist who once shredded at NPR’s Headquarters as part of Anni DiRusso’s Tiny Desk band, she eventually traded the orchestra pit for the studio, teaching herself how to produce from scratch.
What makes her pop project so mesmerizing is her unwavering "Dancer First" philosophy. Born out of a need to break free from rigid musical perfectionism, her guiding mantra is simple: If a song is good enough to make her body move instinctively, it makes the cut.
